Ham Gravy
This savory Ham Gravy is the ultimate finishing touch for your holiday ham. Made with the rich drippings from your roasted ham and a handful of simple pantry staples, it comes together in minutes. It is smooth, flavorful, and perfect for spooning over slices of ham, mashed potatoes, or biscuits.

- Step 1
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat.
- Step 2
Add the flour to the melted butter and whisk for 1-2 minutes, or until golden.
- Step 3
Pour the ham drippings into the sauce pan slowly, while whisking.
- Step 4
Once all of the drippings are incorporated, continue whisking until there are no lumps.
- Step 5
Turn the heat down to low and add the half and half and All Purpose Seasoning Blend.
- Step 6
Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until gravy has thickened. Taste for seasoning before serving
