- 16 ounces - chicken tenderloins
- 1 ½ cups - corn flakes
- 1 tsp - onion powder
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- Salt

- 1 - egg
- 1 - part hot sauce
- 2 - parts honey

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and crushed corn flakes in a third.
