Healthy Apple Bread with Cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350°F (convection).
Prepare the Batter

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the cores, and finely chop them in a food processor. Alternatively, you can coarsely grate the apples using a grater.

Mix the apples with the oats, then add the remaining ingredients except for the eggs and mix well.

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, then stir the yolks into the batter. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter afterward.
Bake the Apple Bread

Pour the batter into a loaf pan, first lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with butter or oil if needed. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. The bread is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the apple bread cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing it from the pan or inverting it onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
