Healthy Apple Butter Spread

Healthy Apple Butter Spread

This Healthy Apple Butter Spread is a naturally sweet and cozy fall treat, made with just a handful of ingredients and no added sugar. Using Gala or Honeycrisp apples, warm spices, and a splash of apple cider vinegar, this spread slowly simmers in a slow cooker before being blended to velvety smooth perfection. Perfect on toast, stirred into oatmeal, or paired with yogurt, it’s a nutrient-rich alternative to jam and a great way to preserve apple season flavors. Make a big batch and store it in the fridge or freezer—it’s that good.
