Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Banana Ripeness Matters 🍌
Use overripe bananas with dark brown spots for maximum natural sweetness and deeper flavor in your brownies.
  • Moisture Magic 💧
The unsweetened applesauce acts as a crucial fat replacer - make sure to measure precisely to maintain the perfect brownie texture.
  • Chocolate Chip Distribution 🍫
Toss chocolate chips in a tablespoon of oat flour before adding to the batter to prevent them from sinking during baking.
  • Stevia Sweet Spot 🧪
When using stevia, start with less than the recipe calls for and taste the batter, as it's much sweeter than traditional sweeteners.
  • Oat Flour Sifting Secret 🌾
Sift the oat flour before measuring to eliminate clumps and ensure a smoother, more consistent brownie texture.
