  • 4  - bell peppers
  • 4  - zucchinis
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 2 teaspoon - cumin
  • 2 teaspoon - paprika
  •   - Salt
  •   - Pepper
  • 2 cup - cherry tomatoes
  •   - Fresh cilantro or parsley
