Cooked in the air fryer for convenience and lower fat content, these nuggets are perfect for meal prep or a quick, satisfying dinner. These are ideal for anyone tracking macros or looking to stay lean while eating deliciously.

Great meal for a quick week night dinner when you don’t feel like cooking. From start to finish took me about 20 minutes with most of that being spent on cooking. Who doesn’t love nuggets!!!
