High Protein Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Dredge shrimp in Fit Flour, then dip into beaten egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.

Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix together all Bang Bang Sauce ingredients until smooth.

Warm tortillas, then assemble tacos by layering slaw, crispy shrimp, and Bang Bang Sauce.

Top with chopped cilantro or green onion and a squeeze of lime, if desired.
