  • 1  - egg
  • ½ cup - panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup - Fit Flour or oat flour
  • 1 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - onion powder
  •   - Salt
  •   - pepper
  •   - Spray oil
  • 8  - low-calorie tortillas
  • 1 cup - slaw salad
  •   - Fresh cilantro or green onion
  •   - squeeze of lime
  • ½ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons - light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons - Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp - sriracha
  • 1 tbsp - honey
