- 2 pounds - lean ground turkey
- 360 milliliters - egg whites
- 4 - whole eggs
- 3 - bell peppers
- ½ - red onion
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 tsp - olive oil
- 8 - low-calorie tortilla wraps
- Salt

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until tender.
