  • 1 lb - lean ground turkey
  • 4  - whole eggs
  • 4  - egg whites
  • 1  - bell pepper
  • 1  - onion
  • 2 cups - baby spinach
  • 4 slices - cheese
  • 8  - Extreme Wellness wraps
  •   - Cooking spray
  • 4 teaspoons - smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons - onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons - ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons - chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons - dried oregano
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • ½ tsp - red pepper flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (or preheat air fryer to 375°F).
  2. In a skillet, cook lean ground turkey with the seasoning blend until fully browned.
  3. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in baby spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and egg whites together, then scramble in a pan until just set.
  6. Mix scrambled eggs with turkey and vegetable mixture.
  7. Take each half wrap and fill with the mixture and half a slice of cheese. Fold and seal into a pocket.
  8. Lightly spray with cooking spray and bake for 15–20 minutes, air fry for 10–12 minutes, or pan sear until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving. Store extras in the fridge or freeze for later.
