One of my favorite recipes to make for football sunday! Also a perfect dip to make when hosting.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Shred Chicken While Warm 🔥Shred your chicken breast immediately after cooking while it's still warm—it tears apart more easily and creates better texture than cold chicken, resulting in a smoother dip consistency.
- Strain Greek Yogurt for Richness 🥄Line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth and drain your Greek yogurt for 30 minutes before mixing to remove excess whey, creating a thicker, creamier dip without adding calories.
- Layer Your Hot Sauce Gradually 🌶️Add hot sauce in small increments and taste as you go rather than dumping it all in at once—this gives you better control over the heat level and prevents the dip from becoming too spicy to enjoy.
- Blend Cottage Cheese Smooth 🥣Use an immersion blender to blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth before mixing with other ingredients, eliminating lumps and creating a silky, professional-quality texture.
- Brown Your Chicken for Depth 🍗Sear the chicken breast in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side before slow cooking to develop a golden crust that adds rich, savory depth to your finished dip.
