  •   - For the Chicken Marinade:
  • 1 ½ pound - chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoon - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoon - olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon - lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon - ranch seasoning mix
  • ¾ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper
  •   - For the Caesar Dressing:
  • ½ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon - lemon juice
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 2 tablespoon - Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon - Dijon mustard
  • 1  - anchovy
  •   - Salt and pepper
