So good and easy! Perfect for a high protein dinner and after a workout. The homemade guac was the perfect topping!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Dry Your Chicken Thoroughly 🍗Pat cooked chicken breast completely dry with paper towels before shredding or dicing to prevent excess moisture that will make your quesadilla soggy and prevent proper cheese melting.
- Build Cheese Distribution Strategy 🧀Place half the cheese on the first tortilla, add fillings in the center, then top with remaining cheese on the second tortilla to create even melting and adhesion that holds everything together.
- Infuse Taco Seasoning into Yogurt Sauce 🌶️Mix a pinch of taco seasoning directly into your avocado yogurt sauce to create flavor cohesion throughout the dish and avoid under-seasoned bites from plain yogurt.
- Toast Tortillas Before Assembly 🔥Lightly toast both tortillas for 30 seconds per side before assembly to add structural integrity and prevent them from tearing when flipping, while also enhancing flavor.
- Prep Avocado Yogurt Sauce Last Minute ⏰Make your avocado yogurt sauce just before serving to prevent oxidation and browning of the avocado, ensuring a vibrant green color and fresh taste that complements your hot quesadilla.
