Instructions

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add taco seasoning, bell peppers, and onion. Sauté until vegetables are softened and beef is well coated.

Warm tortillas and divide the beef and veggie mixture evenly among them.

Sprinkle with a little low-fat cheddar cheese if desired.
