  • 2 pounds - lean ground beef
  • 3 - bell peppers
  • ½ - onion
  • 2 packets - low sodium taco seasoning
  • 8 - low-calorie tortilla wraps
  • ¼ cup - Sprinkle of low-fat cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup - non fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup - light mayonnaise
  • 1 - chipotle pepper from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • 1 tsp - fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp - honey or maple syrup

Instructions
