Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for 20–30 minutes or longer if time allows.

In a large skillet, cook the marinated chicken over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

In another pot, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
