  • 1  - 10" high-fiber tortilla
  • 8 ounce - chicken breast
  • ¼ cup - red onion
  • ¼ cup - red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup - low-fat cheddar cheese
  • ½ tablespoon - chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon - ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon - smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon - garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon - salt
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon - red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon - cayenne pepper
  •   - Olive oil spray

  2. Season sliced chicken breast with the seasoning mix.
