- 1 tbsp - low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp - paprika
- 1 tsp - onion powder
- ½ tsp - garlic powder

- ½ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp - light mayo
- 1 tbsp - lemon juice
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - dried dill
- 1 tbsp - green onions

- 1 tbsp - chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp - grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and optional butter. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add ground beef.
- Cook until browned, then stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes to absorb flavor, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, light mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, green onions, and salt for the herb drizzle.
- To assemble, divide roasted potatoes and beef mixture into bowls. Drizzle with the creamy herb sauce.
