  • 1 teaspoon - onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon - garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon - paprika
  •   - Salt and pepper
  • 1  - onion
  • 8 ounce - baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil or cooking spray
  • 8 ounce - whole wheat or protein pasta
  • 1 cup - low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon - Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon - smoked paprika
  • ½ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup - reduced-fat cream cheese
  •   - Fresh parsley

  1. Season sliced sirloin steak with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the steak until browned, then remove and set aside.
