  • 2 pounds - chicken breast
  • 1  - chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • ½  - white onion
  • 1 tbsp - apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp - smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp - ground cumin
  • ½ tsp - ground coriander
  • ¼ tsp - cinnamon
  • 1 cup - chicken broth
  •   - Salt
  •   - pepper
  • 10 ounces - can of green chiles
  • 1 packet - taco seasoning
  •   - green onions
  • 8  - OLE Extreme Wellness wraps

  1. Add chicken breast, chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, vinegar, paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to a crockpot.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 3–5 hours or until chicken is fork-tender.
  3. Shred the chicken directly in the pot.
  4. Stir in the green chiles and taco seasoning. Add green onions if using.
  5. Portion the chicken mixture evenly into 8 OLE wraps and roll into burritos.
  6. Serve warm or store in the fridge/freezer for meal prep.
