On a large wrap, layer in the following order: cooked beef, shredded cheddar cheese, tostada shell, Greek yogurt, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and the smaller circular wrap.

Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the center to seal tightly around the filling.

Spray a skillet with olive oil and cook the crunch wrap seam-side down over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 5
Flip and cook the other side until crispy and heated through.

To make the avocado sauce, blend avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and enough water to reach a creamy consistency.
