  • 1  - tostada shell
  • 2 tablespoon - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup - non-fat cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup - romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup - cherry tomatoes
  •   - Olive oil spray
  •   - creamy avocado sauce
  • 1  - ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon - lime juice
  • 1 clove - garlic
  •   - Salt and pepper
  •   - Water

  1. In a skillet, cook the lean beef with taco seasoning until heated through and slightly browned.
  2. On a large wrap, layer in the following order: cooked beef, shredded cheddar cheese, tostada shell, Greek yogurt, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and the smaller circular wrap.
  3. Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the center to seal tightly around the filling.
  4. Spray a skillet with olive oil and cook the crunch wrap seam-side down over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
