  • ¼ lb - lean beef
  • 1 tsp - taco seasoning
  • 2  - Ole Extreme Wellness 10" wraps
  • 1  - tostada shell
  • 2 tablespoons - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup - non-fat cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup - chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup - cherry tomatoes
  •   - Olive oil spray
  • 1  - ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • 1 clove - garlic
  •   - Salt
  •   - pepper
  •   - Water

  1. In a skillet, cook the lean beef with taco seasoning until heated through and slightly browned.
  2. On a large wrap, layer in the following order: cooked beef, shredded cheddar cheese, tostada shell, Greek yogurt, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and the smaller circular wrap.
  3. Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the center to seal tightly around the filling.
  4. Spray a skillet with olive oil and cook the crunch wrap seam-side down over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook the other side until crispy and heated through.
  6. To make the avocado sauce, blend avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and enough water to reach a creamy consistency.
  7. Serve the crunch wrap with the avocado sauce on the side or drizzled over top.
