High Protein Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Instructions

Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C).

In a large bowl, combine flour, protein powder, PB2, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and mashed bananas.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into a greased or lined loaf pan.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool before slicing. Store in an airtight container.
