Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Protein Powder Selection 💪
Choose a high-quality, finely milled protein powder with minimal additives to ensure smooth texture and clean taste in your pudding.
  • Cornstarch Clumping Prevention 🥄
Whisk the cornstarch with a small amount of cold milk before adding to the mixture to prevent lumps and ensure a silky-smooth pudding consistency.
  • Temperature Control Technique 🌡️
Stir continuously while heating to prevent scorching and achieve an even, creamy texture that doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Flavor Boosting Hacks 🍯
Experiment with adding a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, or cinnamon to enhance the depth of flavor in your protein pudding without compromising its nutritional profile.
  • Chilling for Perfect Set 🧊
Allow the pudding to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating, which helps it set properly and develop a more stable, creamy consistency.
