High Protein Shredded Chicken Alfredo Meal Prep
Instructions

Cook chicken breasts in a crockpot on high for 4 hours with chicken broth and Cajun seasoning. Shred once cooked.

Boil protein pasta according to package instructions, then drain.

In a large pot or skillet, combine cooked shredded chicken, cooked pasta, and Alfredo sauce over medium heat.

Season with salt and pepper if needed and stir to combine evenly.

Divide into 4 meal prep containers and top each serving with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
