  • 8  - Mission Street Corn Tortillas
  • ½ cup - cheese
  • 1 tablespoon - parsley
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil or olive oil spray
  •   - Garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  •   - For the Sauce:
  • ½ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon - light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon - adobo sauce
  • ½  - lime
  • 1 tablespoon - honey
  •   - Salt and pepper
