- 1 ½ pounds - chicken tenderloins
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- Salt

- 2 cups - jasmine rice
- 2 - zucchini
- 3 cups - broccoli

- 3 tablespoons - low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp - sriracha
- 1 tbsp - rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp - garlic
- 1 tsp - cornstarch
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then add to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
