- 15 ounces - chicken tenders
- 44 grams - cornflakes
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - onion powder
- 1 tsp - paprika
- 1 tsp - Salt
- Pepper
- ¼ cup - sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons - honey
- 1 tbsp - soy sauce
- ½ tbsp - rice vinegar
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - Salt
- 1 tsp - pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken tenders with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each tender in crushed cornflakes and press to adhere.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and fully cooked.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
