High-Protein Turkey Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash sweet potatoes and pierce with a fork. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until soft.

While potatoes bake, cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

Add diced onion and bell pepper. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until veggies soften.

Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Once sweet potatoes are done, slice open and stuff with turkey mixture.

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
