  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  •  Dash - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 4 tablespoon - tomato paste
  • ½ pound - protein pasta
  •  cup - bone broth
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • 1 ½ cup - cottage cheese
  • ½ cup - cream cheese
  • ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup - mozzarella cheese
  •  Handful - fresh basil
  • 1 cup - ground beef
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with a dash of olive oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in tomato paste and cook until darkened.
  3. Add dry protein pasta and stir to coat. Pour in enough bone broth to just cover the pasta.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Simmer until pasta is cooked and liquid is reduced by about half.
  6. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and a splash of reserved pasta water. Blend until smooth.
  7. Pour the blended mixture and heavy cream into the pasta. Stir well to combine.
  8. Add Parmesan, basil, and cooked ground beef. Stir until everything is warmed through and creamy.
  9. Optional: stir in mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
  10. Serve topped with extra basil and cheese.
