Ingredients
- 1 lb - Lean ground beef
- ½ tbsp - Garlic powder
- 1 tsp - Pepper
- ½ tsp - Salt
- 3 - Potatoes
- 2 cups - Mixed vegetables
- 10 ½ ounces - Cream of chicken soup
- 10 ½ ounces - Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups - Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Grease a casserole dish.
- Dice the potatoes into ½ inch-1 inch pieces.
- In a medium skillet, add the ground beef and seasonings, and cook over medium low heat, breaking the meat apart as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain any grease.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked meat, diced potatoes, mixed veggies, and soups. Pour into the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil, then bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
