Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup - sour cream
  • ½ cup - mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup - milk
  • ⅛ tsp - sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons - lemon juice
  • ½ cup - fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh dill
  • ½ tsp - sea salt
  • ½ tsp - cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the ranch ingredients to a high-sided container.
  2. Using an immersion blender, blend up the dressing until it’s smooth. You could use a countertop or personal blender or a food processor (the latter won’t blend it up as well, though).
  3. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables, chips, or wings, or toss it with lettuce and your favorite salad ingredients for a fresh and delicious meal option.
