Ingredients
- ⅔ cup - sour cream
- ½ cup - mayonnaise
- ¼ cup - milk
- ⅛ tsp - sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons - lemon juice
- ½ cup - fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons - fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons - fresh dill
- ½ tsp - sea salt
- ½ tsp - cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add the ranch ingredients to a high-sided container.
- Using an immersion blender, blend up the dressing until it’s smooth. You could use a countertop or personal blender or a food processor (the latter won’t blend it up as well, though).
- Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables, chips, or wings, or toss it with lettuce and your favorite salad ingredients for a fresh and delicious meal option.
