Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons - mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons - Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ teaspoons - white vinegar
- 1 tbsp - garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons - MSG
- splash - water
Instructions
- Add mayonnaise and Greek yogurt to a bowl. Mix in vinegar (or lemon), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Add a tiny splash of water if you want it thinner (McChicken-style spread). Use immediately or store up to 3 days in the fridge.
