Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons - Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - MSG
  • splash - water

Instructions

  1. Add mayonnaise and Greek yogurt to a bowl. Mix in vinegar (or lemon), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Add a tiny splash of water if you want it thinner (McChicken-style spread). Use immediately or store up to 3 days in the fridge.
