Ingredients

  • 1 cup - old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 cups - cold water
  • 1 tbsp - maple syrup
  • ¼ tbsp - salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, water, sweetener, and salt together in a high-speed blender and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl and strain the mixture. Strain at least twice, to ensure a creamy smooth texture.
  3. Transfer to a pitcher or air-tight container. Cover to chill for at least 30 minutes.
