Ingredients
- ½ cup - Creamy Peanut Butter
- 45 grams - Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons - Pure Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp - Salt
- ¾ cup - Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp - Coconut Oil
- 1 pinch - Sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt. Mix well until a thick dough forms, using your hands if needed.
- Use your hands to flatten dough into a large rectangle. Use a Christmas tree shaped cookie cutter to shape into about five Christmas trees. If you don't have a cookie cutter, then do your best to shape them with your hands. Put in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Coat the peanut butter trees in melted chocolate, letting any excess chocolate drip off. Place onto a wire rack or parchment lined tray. Optionally top with Christmas sprinkles- I used sprinkles that resemble Christmas tree ornaments.
- Put in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes or until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy! Best stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
