  •   - nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 ½ Pound - raw shrimp
  • 3 Tbsps - honey
  • 2 Tablespoon - soy sauce
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  •  Slice - lime slices
  •   - sliced green onion

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the peeled shrimp in an even layer in the baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour mixture over the shrimp, then toss with a rubber spatula until evenly coated.
  4. Bake the shrimp on middle rack of oven just until they turn opaque, 8-9 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
  5. Check to see that shrimp are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  6. Serve shrimp immediately, drizzled with any sauce left in the baking dish, and garnished with lime slices and green onion if you like.
