Ingredients
- 16 ounces - pork chops
- 1 tsp - all-purpose seasoning blend
- 3 tablespoons - butter
- 6 clove - garlic
- ½ cup - ketchup
- 3 tablespoons - honey
- ¼ cup - chicken broth
- ½ tsp - Italian seasoning
- ⅛ tsp - red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season pork chops liberally with all-purpose seasoning blend.
- Add 2 tablespoons butter to a large oven-proof skillet and melt over medium high heat.
- Add chops and sear on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side; remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add remaining tablespoon butter to the skillet and melt.
- Add garlic, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
- Stir in ketchup, honey, chicken broth, Italian Seasoning and crushed red pepper until combined; Bring to a simmer.
- Return pork to the skillet.
- Place skillet into oven and roast until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 10 minutes.
