Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cashews
  • 3 tablespoons - honey
  • 1 tbsp - unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp - sea salt

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients. Toss until cashews are completely coated.
  3. Arrange cashews in an even layer on the lined pan.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cashews are golden brown.
  5. Finally, remove from oven. Allow nuts to cool for 10 minutes before carefully removing from pan. Leave in large chunks or break up into individual cashews.
