Honey Roasted Cashews
These honey roasted cashews are sweet, salty and crunchy! This quick and easy recipe is great for snacks, trail mix, and salad toppings. This is a simple way to instantly elevate roasted nuts. Serve in a holiday tin, part of a charcuterie board or as an appetizer!

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, add all ingredients. Toss until cashews are completely coated.
- Step 3
Arrange cashews in an even layer on the lined pan.
- Step 4
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cashews are golden brown.
- Step 5
Finally, remove from oven. Allow nuts to cool for 10 minutes before carefully removing from pan. Leave in large chunks or break up into individual cashews.
