Iced Caramel Latte
Instructions
1
Optional: drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of your serving cup, fill with ice and set aside.
2
In a separate large cup, combine the hot coffee, brown sugar, and caramel and whisk continuously until the sugar and caramel are fully dissolved. Pour the coffee mixture into the serving glass with the ice.
3
Top with the milk and stir to combine. Top with optional whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. ENJOY!
Notes
1
Milk – you can use whatever kind of milk you desire. Barista grade oat milk is a great dairy free option.
2
Sugar – you can add a little more or a little less sugar depending on how sweet you like your lattes.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Chill Your Glass First ❄️Place your glass in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before serving to keep the latte cold longer and prevent dilution from melting ice.
- Use Cold Brew or Double Shot Espresso 🧊Brew your espresso fresh and let it cool slightly, or use cold brew concentrate to avoid watering down the drink when ice melts.
- Homemade Caramel Sauce for Superior Flavor 🍯Make caramel sauce from scratch by melting brown sugar with butter and cream - it delivers richer, more authentic flavor than store-bought versions.
- Layer Your Ingredients Strategically 🎯Add caramel sauce to the bottom of the glass first, then espresso, and finally cold milk for beautiful visual layers and optimal flavor distribution with each sip.
- Incorporate Vanilla Into the Milk 🌾Stir vanilla extract into your cold milk before pouring to ensure even flavoring throughout, rather than trying to blend it after assembly.
