  • 2 tablespoons - butter
  • 8 - Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp - garlic
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Ginger purée
  • ¼ cup - White vinegar
  • ½ cup - Honey
  • 1 cup - Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons - Water

Instructions

  1. On sauté mode, heat the instant pot and melt the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the chicken cubes and garlic. Sauté for 4 minutes until the outer layer of the chicken is browned.
  2. Turn off sauté mode, incorporate spices, honey, and soy sauce. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Once done, manually release the pressure.
  3. Slowly whisk in the mixture of cornstarch and water while simmering.
  4. Serve chicken over rice.
