
Instant Pot French Dip Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 lb - Sirloin beef
- ½ - Onion
- 2 tablespoons - Garlic
- 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
- 10 ounces - French onion soup
- 14 ounces - Beef broth
- 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 4 slices - Provolone
- 8 - Rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Set the instant pot to sauté and add the oil, beef, sliced onion and garlic. Sauté until beef is fully cooked.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, French onion soup, salt and pepper. Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
- Manually release pressure and strain the juice into a bowl.
- Once meat and onion are strained, add to a roll, top with a half slice of provolone and set sandwiches under a broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve sandwiches with drained broth as a dipping sauce.
