Italian Sliders
My Italian Sliders are a party-perfect appetizer or a quick weeknight dinner that’s bursting with flavor. I pack them with layers of savory meats, melted cheese, and a garlic-herb buttery topping. I’ve made them for game night, for impromptu get-togethers, and even just for a lazy Sunday dinner. They’re always a hit.

Instructions
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2
Slice the slider rolls in half, lengthwise. Arrange both halves of the Hawaiian slider rolls on a large baking pan. The bottom half should be cut side up, the top half should be top side up.
- Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Brush the mixture evenly over the top half of the rolls.
- Step 4
Spread Mayonnaise evenly across the bottom half of the rolls.
- Step 5
Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on top of the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Step 6
Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes. Then, turn the oven to broil and broil for 1 minute longer.
- Step 7
Once removed from the oven, place the shredded lettuce on top of the melted cheese.
- Step 8
Drizzle the vinegar on top of the lettuce then sprinkle banana peppers and oregano on top.
- Step 9
Place the top halves of the rolls on top to form sandwiches and slice.
