Jello Candy Melts Recipe
These Jello candy melts are creamy, colorful, and surprisingly easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. You can switch up the flavors and colors for any holiday or party, which makes them one of those recipes you’ll use over and over. They’re perfect for candy trays, gift boxes, or anytime you want something fun without turning on the oven.

- Step 1
Add the cream cheese to a large bowl.
- Step 2
Gradually add the powdered sugar until combined.
- Step 3
If the mixture is still sticky, add more powdered sugar until it it no longer sticky (slightly sticky is okay) and you can form some of it into a ball.
- Step 4
Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Step 5
Add the cherry Jello powder to one bowl and the lime into the other bowl.
- Step 6
Mix each until completely combined and no white streaks show.
- Step 7
Clean off the beaters before mixing the other color so you don't mix colors.
- Step 8
Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Step 9
Roll into ½ inch balls and slightly flatten out using your thumb and then dip each side in the granulated sugar.
- Step 10
Place on the parchment paper and repeat until you have none left.
- Step 11
Refrigerate until you are are ready to eat.
