Instructions
1
Divide the ground beef into (4) equal pieces and form into patties about 3" across and 1/2" thick. Press your thumb into the center (this will help the patties hold their shape), then season both sides with salt and pepper.
2
Place the burgers in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook at 360 degrees for 4 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the center registers 140-150 degrees for medium well doneness.
3
Remove the burgers from the air fryer basket and serve with your favorite condiments, lettuce wraps or buns. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Don't Overwork the Meat 🤲Mix ground beef gently and minimally—overhandling creates dense, tough burgers instead of tender, juicy ones. Form patties with light hands and avoid pressing down during cooking.
- Create a Thumbprint Indent 👍Press your thumb into the center of each patty before cooking to prevent the burger from puffing up and ensure even cooking throughout, maintaining that perfect juiciness.
- Chill Patties Before Air Frying ❄️Refrigerate formed patties for at least 30 minutes before cooking to help them hold their shape and stay juicy, preventing them from shrinking excessively during the air frying process.
- Use Grass-Fed Beef's Advantages 🌾Grass-fed beef has superior flavor but less fat, so avoid seasoning beyond salt and pepper to showcase its natural richness, and don't overcook past medium to maintain maximum juiciness.
- Optimal Air Fryer Temperature & Time ⏱️Air fry at 370°F for 9-10 minutes (flipping halfway) to achieve a crispy exterior while keeping the interior juicy—this temperature is ideal for grass-fed beef's lower fat content.
