  • 4  - boneless skinless chicken thighs
  •   - nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 Tablespoon - Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon - salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray liberally with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl combine the salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  5. Bake on middle rack of oven until the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 20 minutes.
  6. Check to see that chicken is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  7. Allow the chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
