Key Lime Pie Cookies
This key lime pie cookies recipe has a bright zest of lime and the sweetness you will love in this cookie. The cake mix makes for a tasty cookie that is chewy and soft! - Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2
Mix the cookie ingredients together until combined. Do not over mix.
- Step 3
Roll into 1.5 inch balls.
- Step 4
Place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
- Step 5
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until there are cracks on the top of cookies.
- Step 6
Let cool on baking tray for 10 minutes.
- Step 7
Mix together the lime juice, sugar and milk until well combined.
- Step 8
Drizzle icing over cookies and sprinkle with zested lime
