Ingredients
- 1 lb - Kielbasa
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 1 cup - Onion
- 1 cup - Bell pepper
- 4 cloves - Garlic
- 2 cups - Chicken broth
- 10 ounces - Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles
- ½ cup - Milk
- 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp - Paprika
- 12 ounces - Farfalle pasta
- 1 cup - Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ tsp - All Purpose Seasoning
Instructions
- Add olive oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat. Once oil is warm add sausage onions, bell pepper and garlic and cook about 3-5 minutes, until sausage is browned.
- Next add chicken broth, tomatoes, cream, pasta, Worcestershire Sauce. Paprika salt and pepper and stir. Bring to a boil, cover skillet, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle remaining cheese and scallions. Broil until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
