Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Kielbasa
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1 cup - Onion
  • 1 cup - Bell pepper
  • 4 cloves - Garlic
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • 10 ounces - Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles
  • ½ cup - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp - Paprika
  • 12 ounces - Farfalle pasta
  • 1 cup - Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ tsp - All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat. Once oil is warm add sausage onions, bell pepper and garlic and cook about 3-5 minutes, until sausage is browned.
  2. Next add chicken broth, tomatoes, cream, pasta, Worcestershire Sauce. Paprika salt and pepper and stir. Bring to a boil, cover skillet, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle remaining cheese and scallions. Broil until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
