Instructions
1
|
Preheat oven to 400℉.
2
|
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3
|
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, ground sausage, diced onion and spaghetti seasoning
4
|
Break up the meat into crumbles and cook until meat is no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes. During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic.
5
|
Drain off excess fat and add marinara sauce to the pan; stir until everything is combined.
6
|
Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
7
|
Layer one package of frozen ravioli in the dish and top with half of the remaining sauce. Top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
8
|
Repeat the layers: remaining package of frozen ravioli, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella cheese. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
9
|
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Brown Your Meat Separately First 🍖Sauté the Italian sausage and ground beef in a skillet before layering to develop deep flavor and ensure proper seasoning distribution throughout the dish.
- Don't Skip the Garlic and Onion Sauté 🧄Caramelize minced garlic and diced onion in the meat drippings for 2-3 minutes to create an aromatic flavor base that elevates the entire lasagna.
- Mix Your Cheeses with Marinara 🧀Combine shredded mozzarella and parmesan with the marinara sauce before layering to ensure even cheese distribution and prevent dry spots in your finished dish.
- Prevent Soggy Ravioli with Layering Strategy 🍝Spread a thin sauce layer on the bottom, then alternate: sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, repeating this pattern to prevent the ravioli from absorbing excess liquid.
- Cover and Rest Before Serving ⏱️Let the baked lasagna rest covered for 5 minutes after removing from the oven to allow the cheese to set and make for cleaner, more cohesive portions.
